Job summary

The Arc Ocean County Chapter is hiring Full-Time Evening Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Residential Services. No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Work hours are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with weekend flexibility, and starting pay is $20.70/hour with up to $24.70/hour including overtime. You will gain hands-on experience and build a career with growth toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with good standing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes and living programs.
• Provide personal care, meals, medications and household tasks in the evening.
• Encourage routines to promote independence and self-direction.
• Complete electronic notes and program records on time.
