Job summary

Butler Plus in the United States, Texas, San Antonio area is seeking energetic team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection. You will represent our service to multifamily communities, uphold safety, and ensure timely pickups. No prior experience?

We provide training. Must own an open-bed pickup truck, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work Sunday through Thursday evenings for 2–3 hours per night.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities, including porter service, bulky items, and light cleaning tasks.
