Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking a dependable team member for nightly doorstep trash and recycled collection at multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck where required, follow instructions via our field app, and ensure timely, quiet service that minimises resident disturbance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. No prior experience needed; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulky item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently with minimal noise to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs; work outdoors in varying weather.
• Own an open bed pickup truck; valid driver’s license and insurance; smartphone to use the app.
