Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members for nightly doorstep valet trash service across multifamily communities. You will collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using an open-bed truck or cart, working Sunday through Thursday evenings, and using our field app for timekeeping and reporting.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ownership of an open-bed pickup truck are needed, along with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the company’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and use hands and arms repetitively.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
