Job summary

Butler Plus invites energetic individuals to join our doorstep valet trash service team in Grapevine, TX. You will collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps each evening using an open-bed pickup truck, ensuring timely service while following safety guidelines.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing company and requires reliable, self-motivated contributors for evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s cutting-edge field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart to on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to avoid disturbance to residents.
• Own an open bed pickup truck and possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability; work independently.
