Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck or cart, collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps, and report using our field app. Prior experience is not required—training is provided.

The role offers evening shifts on Sundays and Wednesdays, with opportunities for growth within a growing company that values reliability, initiative, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
• Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities, including porter service, bulk item hauling, and light community cleanliness tasks.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
