Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking reliable individuals to join our evening doorstep trash and recycling collection teams. You will service multifamily communities, using an open-bed pickup truck and company app for timekeeping and reporting.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone to download the app. This is a part-time role with pay of $1,200 per month, working Sunday through Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it properly.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to avoid disturbance to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions.
