Job summary

Trash Butler is seeking part-time team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities. You will drive an open-bed pickup, collect bags from resident doorsteps, use our field app, and assist with related tasks while keeping noise to a minimum.

This role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and evening hours from Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 pm and continuing until completion (about 2–3 hours).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly trash/recycling collection at service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the tote/cart.
• Use the company’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose in dumpsters/compactors.
• Perform additional services as needed at communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc).
• Maintain clear daily communication with supervisor to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise for residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck and have valid driver’s license/insurance.
