Job summary

Butler Plus in Charleston, SC is seeking energetic individuals for nightly doorstep valet trash collection across multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed truck and a mobile field app to complete bagged trash pickups at resident doorsteps.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and be comfortable working Sundays through Thursdays evenings from 8:00 pm until finishing (about 2–3 hours).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Clean driving history and valid driver27s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection on service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote to collect bagged trash from every doorstep.
• Operate the field app for timekeeping, check-ins, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash and dispose at on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services at communities as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing).
• Coordinate with supervisor to maintain efficient workflow.
