Job summary

PrideStaff in San Diego is seeking 1–2 Document Specialists to assist clients with digitizing and securely storing sensitive paper documents in an evening shift.

This long-term, on-site role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and steady, repetitive work; you will prepare documents for scanning, remove bindings, and support production while meeting daily deadlines. An interactive site tour and meeting with the manager precede start to ensure it is the right fit.

Qualifications

• High level of focus and accuracy to handle sensitive files page by page.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods performing repetitive tasks; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Swing shift 3:30 PM – Midnight; arrive on time every day.
• Prior experience in data entry, document scanning, clerical work, or warehouse sorting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document preparation: review pages through confidential files for digital scanning.
• Hardware removal: take out staples, paperclips, post-its to ensure smooth scanning.
• Strict confidentiality: maintain data security; documents must not be read, photographed, or shared.
