Job summary

STAT Informatic Solutions is seeking a Detail-Oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our team. This onsite role focuses on managing and processing records with accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance in a healthcare-adjacent setting.

Pay is $16.00 per hour for a full-time, Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm schedule. You’ll review, prepare, scan, index, and release documents into production while meeting daily goals and collaborating with internal staff and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
• Working knowledge of information governance and medical recordkeeping regulations.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Review and receive documents.
• Prepare documents for scanning per guidelines.
• Scan records with attention to image quality.
• Verify and index documents to production workflow.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Communicate with team and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Monitor processing queues.
• Support quality control and daily reports.
• Follow employee handbook.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
