Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of distribution center associates.
- Allocate tasks and prioritize work to optimize efficiency and meet targets.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
- Ensure safety protocols, policies, and quality standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and activities.
- Collaborate with other leaders to streamline DC operations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Communicate effectively across teams and departments.
