DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Distribution on the 2nd Shift (2PM-10PM) to lead a diverse frontline team and drive efficient nationwide warehouse operations.

You will coach associates, ensure health and safety compliance, monitor KPIs, and report to management while contributing to DHL's reputation as a global leader in contract logistics. This role offers a collaborative, business-casual environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates and foster inclusion.
