Job summary

Dry Force, a leading water damage restoration company in Irving, TX, seeks an Evening Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily Dispatch team operations, scheduling, performance, and customer service.

You will mentor new hires, participate in training, perform QA reviews, and coordinate with the Operations Support Manager to maintain high standards and service levels across all routes and shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address performance and behavior issues with tact and professionalism.
• Knowledge of QA compliance and customer service best practices.
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to change.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dispatch team.
• Manage shift scheduling and coverage for planned vacations and sick leaves.
• Address performance or disciplinary concerns promptly.
• Maintain and update the Dispatch Training Program.
• Mentor new hires and trainees.
• Conduct daily QA call reviews and provide feedback.
• Handle customer complaints and de-escalation.
• Recommend policy changes with the Communications Manager.
• Close daily operations with zero open jobs and update dashboards.
