Job summary

Dry Force in Irving, TX seeks an Evening Dispatch Supervisor to lead the dispatch team, ensure efficient scheduling, and mentor new hires. The role collaborates with the Communications Manager and Operations Support to maintain high service levels and timely responses for water damage restoration customers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to change, with a focus on QA, training, and process improvement to support daily

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address performance and behavior issues with tact and professionalism.
• Knowledge of QA compliance and customer service best practices.
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to change.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Must be willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dispatch team and ensure smooth scheduling and customer service.
• Mentor new hires; participate in training and coaching.
• Review daily calls for QA compliance and provide feedback.
• Address and document customer concerns; escalate as needed.
• Maintain and update dispatch training and policies with the Communications Manager.
• Update shift schedules, cover planned vacations, and handle vacancies.
• Manage daily forecast updates and live scheduling changes.
• Ensure zero open jobs on day-end and prepare the next day’s Dash Schedule.
