Job summary

Dry Force, a leading water damage restoration company, is seeking an Evening Dispatch Supervisor in Irving, TX. This role oversees daily Dispatch team operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, performance and customer service while mentoring new hires.

The position partners with the Operations Support Manager and team members to maintain high standards and success. The role requires proven dispatch experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatch or scheduling roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address performance and behavior issues tactfully and professionally.
• Knowledge of QA compliance and customer service best practices.
• Proactive, adaptable and open to change.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the team in day-to-day dispatcher tasks.
• Notify scheduling updates to the Communications Manager and cover shifts when needed.
• Address performance or behavior issues and document concerns for review.
• Help maintain and deliver the Dispatch Training Program for new hires.
• Mentor new hires and provide guidance within the Dispatch team.
• Conduct daily call reviews to ensure QA compliance and provide feedback.
• Document and route customer complaints to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Support evolving changes to ensure continued success of Dry Force.
• Suggest policy improvements after discussions with the Communications Manager.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager.
• Maintain and update daily schedules and routes.
• Prepare the Dash Job Schedule for the next day with blocks.
