Dry Force, a leading water damage restoration company in Irving, TX, seeks an Evening Dispatch Supervisor to manage the Dispatch team's day-to-day operations and scheduling efficiency. You will mentor new hires and collaborate with the Operations Support Manager to uphold high service standards.

The role emphasizes mentoring, QA-driven call reviews, and proactive scheduling updates, with a focus on performance improvement and customer satisfaction. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch or scheduling roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address performance issues professionally.
• Familiarity with QA compliance and customer service best practices.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dispatch team and ensure scheduling efficiency.
• Notify and coordinate shift coverage, including vacation and sick/call-in shifts.
• Address performance or behavior issues with appropriate discipline and documentation.
• Maintain and train new hires in the Dispatch Training Program and mentor trainees.
• Conduct daily QA call reviews and provide feedback to ensure customer service quality.
• Document and route customer complaints to the correct department for follow-up.
• Implement changes to support ongoing success and propose policy improvements.
• Prepare daily forecast updates and manage live scheduling updates.
