Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet essential physical demands.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Able to document services for billing and records.
• Maintain professional relationships and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with ADLs and personal care while upholding dignity.
• Provide medication administration as prescribed and according to guidelines.
• Develop and implement person-centered support plans and behavioral plans as needed.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and complete required documentation and logs.
