Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in meaningful active treatment and support plans.
• Represent OAC positively in community interactions.
• Provide day-to-day organization of positive activities.
• Assist clients with appointments and recreational activities.
• Document clients' participation in training programs.
