Job summary

Open Arms Care Corp in Tennessee is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently and participate in community activities. Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd, with weekend coverage and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Compassion and reliability are essential.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR within 30 days and PCM certification within 60 days; training provided.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on support with daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Support independence and life skills.
• Coach, mentor, and advocate for individuals.

• Engage clients in activities and keep progress records.
