Job summary

Devereux Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support/Care Professional to join a team serving youth with autism and other developmental needs in a high-support setting. You will supervise, provide safety, and deliver therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment while documenting progress notes and incidents.

Requirements include being 21+, a valid driver's license, a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), MAP certification (or obtain within 6 months), and a 2-week orientation in

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• MAP certification (or obtainable within 6 months).
• Experience with individuals under 21 with disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to youth.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in a safe environment.
