Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MAPS certification within 90 days of employment or able to obtain it.
• Must attend a 2-week paid orientation in Rutland, MA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of youth through direct supervision.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment.
• Engage with youth and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Teach Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills.
• Complete required documentation (progress notes, incident reports).
