Job summary

Qualifications

• MAP certification is required or obtainable within 6 months.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with youth with psychological, emotional, or behavioral disorders preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation in Rutland, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to youth to ensure safety.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment.
• Engage with youth and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Teach daily living skills and ADL activities.
• Complete documentation like progress notes and incident reports.
• Maintain organized communication with staff and families.
