Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; basic writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (showering, dressing, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments when needed.
• Maintain documentation and logs per agency and HIPAA policies.
• Assist with medication management and plan of care.
• Engage clients in recreational activities and community integration.
