• Assist Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Providing transportation to and from activities and appointments with a valid Arkansas Driver's License.
• Maintain and complete documentation such as behavioral reports, incident reports and care plans.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Organize recreational activities for the clients.
