Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two+ years' experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must also have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assists Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, housekeeping, grocery shopping, meals, budgeting).
• Provides transportation to activities and appointments; requires Arkansas driver’s license.
• Maintains communication via logs and meetings; reports progress toward plan of care by end of shift.
• Completes required documentation (behavioral, incident, forms, progress reports, attendance logs).
• Maintains records for Medicaid guidelines and vehicle mileage/billing forms.
• Reports incidents and emergencies to supervisors; safety-sensitive position.
• Contributes to Plan of Care to ensure health, safety, and security.
• Follows medication management guidelines and monitors procedures.
• Organizes recreational activities for clients.
• Models appropriate appearance and adheres to dress code; represents FCC mission.
• Maintains FCC facilities, grounds, and vehicles; ensures cleanliness and function.
• Attends training and continuing education; may drive organization vehicles or personal vehicle as needed.
