Job summary

Central Oregon Collective in Bend, Oregon is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist clients with daily living activities under supervision. The role includes hands-on support, medication dispensing, meal preparation, documentation, and companionship.

The NOC shift runs 6:00 pm–12:00 am with a set schedule, and training is provided. Applicants must pass a background check, be 18+, and hold a valid Oregon driver's license.

Qualifications

• Pass Criminal History Background Check
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Oregon Driver License or State issued ID

Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement with residents daily routine and needs
• Assistance for residents to perform personal care including hygiene, grooming, exercise, ROM, bladder and bowel care
• Dispensing medications
• Maintain a clean and attractive home
• Assist in preparing nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Interact respectfully with clients to encourage independence and participation in community activities
• Complete daily documentation
• Provide transportation utilizing company vehicles and supervision to ensure residents access activities
