Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Oregon Driver License or state ID.
• Able to pass a criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement with residents daily routine and needs.
• Assist residents with personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
• Dispense medications and maintain a clean, attractive home.
• Prepare nutritious meals per dietary requirements and document daily activities.
• Provide transportation using company vehicles and supervise residents in community activities.
