The Arc Ocean County Chapter is seeking Direct Support Professionals for evening shifts in New Jersey. You will assist individuals with meals, personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks to maintain a supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to complete background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals with evening routines, meals, personal care, medication, housekeeping, and daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming home environment and support independence.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and community activities.
• Safely transport individuals to appointments and activities when needed.
• Document services and communicate updates to the team.
