Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evenings to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings across Fall River, Mansfield, Taunton, and nearby areas.

You will receive on-the-job paid training, work 2nd/3rd shifts as available, and have opportunities for growth within a supportive program with competitive wages and benefits for benefit-eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• TB screening and physical required; background check and driving record.
• No experience needed; on-the-job paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meal preparation.
• Conduct individual community outings and accompany to appointments.
• Distribute medications and ensure adherence to routines.
