Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. Positions include part-time, full-time, and relief/per diem with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution
• The role includes coordinating with team members to ensure safety and quality of care.
