Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily activities and maintain structured routines, including outings and personal care, in the Fall River area.

Openings include part-time evenings and other shifts. No experience is required; we provide free on-the-job training, professional development, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job paid training and professional development provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record required.
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire with update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide personal care, meal preparation and accompany medical appointments.
• Distribute medications and facilitate individual community outings.
