Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for evening shifts in the Fall River area to support adults with development disabilities in residential settings.

No experience is required, and paid on-the-job training is provided. Positions include part-time, full-time, and relief options with 2nd and 3rd shifts available; opportunities to grow within a supportive, rewarding program and access a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying background check and driving record is required
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily activities and provide a structured routine.
• Support with meals, activities of daily living, and personal care
• Assist with medical appointments and medication distribution
• Coordinate individual community outings and transportation as needed
