People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting around Fall River, MA. The role offers morning shifts, no prior experience required, and on-the-job paid training.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
• Provide assistance with daily activities and maintain a structured routine
• Offer individual community outings and meal preparation
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Coordinate medical appointments and medication distribution
• Contribute to a safe, supportive and engaging living environment
