Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for Part Time/Evenings in the Southcoast area including Fall River. You will help adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, support daily activities, meals, personal care, medical appointments, and community outings.

No experience needed; on-the-job paid training is provided. Openings include part-time, full-time, and relief/per diem with evening shifts; benefits are available to eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• Qualifying background check is required.
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and a TB update every two years after hire.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care and accompany medical appointments.
• Distribute medications and support community outings.
• Maintain a structured daily routine for residents.
