Precision Castparts in Mentor, OH is seeking a Dip Operator for the 5th shift (6pm–6am). The role involves running the robotic shell building and dipping systems, using computer interfaces to verify equipment, and maintaining logs of parts and time.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a strong attendance record and dependability. The position requires flexible hours and individual initiative, with responsibilities extending to safety, batch records, and continuous improvement

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with misc. hand tools, tables, racks, boxes, safety guidelines, feeds, grinders, inspection tools, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Run the robotic shell building system and verify equipment operation via computer systems.
• Access and operate the hand dipping system and ensure proper process flow.
• Maintain logs of part numbers, times and quantities.
• Keep work area clean and safe following all rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
