Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Mentor, Ohio is looking for a reliable Dip Operator to run the robotic shell building system. Candidates should have at least one year of manufacturing experience and be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work flexible hours.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by experience.
Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/ quantity. Able to work flexible hours with a history of dependability as demonstrated with strong attendance record. Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving. Have strong sense of urgency. Individual must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment. Previous casting experience is a plus. Must have experience with misc. hand tools, tables, racks, boxes, safety guidelines, feeds, grinders, inspection tools, etc.
Perform all aspects of running the robotic shell building system, including accessing of the computer system to verify correct equipment operation and perform all aspects of the hand dipping system.
