Viceroy Hotels & Resorts is launching a new Sun Valley dining team in Idaho, delivering luxury hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences. The PM Dinner Server contributes to dinner and evening service, maintaining high standards and brand expectations.

Ideal candidates are flexible for afternoon, evening, and dinner shifts, comfortable in fast-paced settings, and committed to guest satisfaction across all outlets and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, courteous, and professional service to all guests and team members.
• Deliver food and beverage service in an efficient, knowledgeable, and personalized manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, wine, cocktails, and daily specials across all outlets.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and complete cashiering procedures.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotional offerings when appropriate.
• Support banquet, catering, pool, lounge, and restaurant operations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of resort information, outlets, and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
