Oakmont Park at Palo Alto is seeking a part-time Server to warmly serve residents, families and visitors in a premier senior living community. The server will take orders, use the POS system, and ensure a clean, safe dining area with courteous service, following company standards.

Experience is not required; training will be provided. Must be at least 16 with a work permit and be able to pass background and health screenings. Benefits include meals and employee support programs.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• Vaccination/testing per regulatory guidelines may be required.
• Age 16+ with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
