Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a part-time server for our California senior living communities. The Server will provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families and visitors, take orders, and support the dining operations in a respectful, professional manner.

Responsibilities include accurate order entry into the POS system, table setup and breakdown, and maintaining safety and service standards in collaboration with the dining team.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with work permit.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables.
• Maintain proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Ensure a safe and pleasant dining environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with team across departments to support service.
