Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC is hiring an Operator, Digital Press to run digital printing equipment and manage production to high quality standards. The role includes operating Indigo, Wide Format, Dye Sublimation and other presses, and ensuring materials and documentation are accurate.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills; ERP experience is a plus. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a 2:30 PM–10:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient in Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in print industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital print equipment and software for print operations.
• Complete jobs according to customer specifications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor production output for quality during runs.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal printing conditions.
• Ensure materials for the job are in stock for production.
• Document production information for labor and materials consumed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow pressroom safety procedures and assist Apprentices/Feeder.
• Troubleshoot with Lead Operator; work overtime as needed.
