Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with four years relevant industry experience or approval to hire full-time.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, distribution, and/or fulfillment is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand all job ticket information.
• Set up finishing equipment and adjustments per procedures.
• Cut product to final size/shape using finishing equipment.
• Monitor output quality and report issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; contribute to 5S in the area.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency and quality.
