Job summary

Imagine Group is seeking a Digital Finishing Technician to perform finishing and bindery steps to complete orders efficiently per Imagine standards. Responsibilities include setting up finishing equipment, cutting products to size, monitoring quality, and performing basic preventive maintenance.

The role requires ability to read job tickets, work with teams, and maintain safety and organization in a fast-paced environment. Shift hours are 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with four years of relevant industry experience or as a temporary employee converted to full-time.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment is preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and operate finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand all job ticket information.
• Set up and adjust finishing equipment according to procedures.
• Cut product to final size/shape and monitor output quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and work in a fast-paced production environment.
