Job summary

The Imagine Group in Grayslake, IL is hiring a Pressroom Operator to support daily production on our digital presses. As part of the production team, you will prepare, stage, and run jobs according to customer specifications, perform quality checks, and document production information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Production Manager and other team members, maintain safety standards, and be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime, and adapt to changing

• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and acquire skills required to progress to operator status.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and assist with operation of digital presses
• Complete jobs according to customer specifications by producing quality work and performing quality checks
• Monitor production runs for quality, maintaining all required samples as designated by procedures
• Learn and perform basic preventative maintenance in accordance with production schedule
• Review proofs for accuracy
• Properly document production information
• Move materials via material handling equipment including forklift and pallet jacks
