Job summary

Imagine based on daily production schedule, check, and stage all necessary components required for each job ticket at press site; to maximize productivity on press by minimizing press operators’ times in non-running activities.

As a full-time Press Operator at Imagine, you will operate digital presses, perform quality checks, review proofs, document production information, and collaborate with the Production Manager to improve processes while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous pressroom experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret written instructions.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital presses and assist with production.
• Complete jobs according to customer specifications and perform quality checks.
• Monitor production runs and maintain required samples.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Review proofs for accuracy.
• Document production information accurately.
• Move materials using forklift and pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to address opportunities for improvement.
• Work overtime as needed.
