Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking an Evening Dietary Manager to oversee dietary staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality nutritional care for residents. The role focuses on promoting health and well-being through proper nutrition.

The position is Full-Time, 12pm-8pm with on-call duties, reporting to the Administrator, located in Lincoln, NE. Previous healthcare dietary experience is helpful, and training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary staff and ensure high-quality nutritional care.
• Promote health and well-being through proper nutrition.
• Support and collaborate with the Dietary/Nutrition team.
