Qualifications

• Experience in a food service or healthcare setting is a plus; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical: lift/carry up to 25 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods; handle hot/cold items.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation according to menu plans and dietary guidelines.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and maintain records; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with inventory control and report shortages or expired items.
• Engage with residents and work with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow facility policies and training requirements.
