Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus before food preparation and prepares the meals.
• Coordinates with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implements changes as required.
• Ensures food procedures follow established policies.
• Performs administrative tasks such as forms and reports for the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Assists in establishing a food service production line and manages diet changes.
