Qualifications

• Entry-level requires some automotive repair experience.
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experienced level requires diesel-focused program and 2+ years of truck maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine vehicle condition by inspections and diagnostics to assess maintenance needs.
• Test engines, safety, and emission standards to comply with regulations.
• Repair major assemblies and components, applying problem-solving skills.
• Evaluate service and parts options to control costs.
• Perform winterization procedures and protect vehicle resources.
• Maintain service records and ensure transparency with customers.
• Stay updated on federal/state vehicle requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business.
