Job summary

Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with a 15% differential for evenings and weekends. CDL preferred or the ability to obtain one; a high school diploma is required; diesel tech training is advantageous. This position offers growth within a family-owned, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Entry level: some experience in automotive repair or heavy-duty truck maintenance is helpful.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required; CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
• For experienced level: diesel-focused technical program and 2+ years of truck maintenance experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles to determine maintenance needs.
• Test and repair major components to ensure proper operation.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements during repairs.
• Document services and communicate findings with customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver timely, quality service.
